The agreements and policies that govern Proof — the drop-trailer accountability service at goproof.ca. Proof is sold to trucking carriers; these documents cover both the carriers who subscribe and the drivers, dock workers, and contacts who interact with the service in the field.

• SMS & Messaging TermsHow Proof's transactional texts and emails work, the consent behind them, and STOP/HELP handling — the terms cited by carrier SMS registration.
• Cookie PolicyThe essential cookies Proof sets — the dashboard session, the field badge, and the same-day field PIN memory — and the tracking it deliberately does not do.
• Data Processing AddendumThe controller/processor terms under which Proof processes personal data on a carrier's behalf, with technical measures and subprocessor terms.
• SubprocessorsThe third-party services Proof relies on to run — database, hosting, email, SMS, and AI — and the data each one processes.
